Mass Jobs with Justice!

Last Thursday, there was an awesome rally at the Hyatt Regency Downtown. We were a group of around 50 people picketing, in support of the workers who have been mistreated, fired and are currently being exploited. The Hyatt fired many workers, and replaced them longtime workers with temp workers. The Hyatt does not support unions. Why are you against unions, unless you do something that a union would be against. 

“BOSTON IS A UNION TOWN”

The managers of the Hyatt were outside the doors, trying to focus on their straight faces while they escorted their guests into their hotel. 

” DON’T CHECK IN, CHECK OUT!” 

The rally definitely got on the nerves of management. From 4-6pm the protest was in full force, along with the police detail around us. Everyone was energetic, and we made so much noise. I hope the Hyatt understands that people are still behind their workers, and we will stand up against them.
